About Us Transforming Lives Inspired by a mission trip to Lubumbashi, DRC, in 2005, our founder Teresa Turner witnessed the plight of orphaned and abandoned boys. Deeply moved by their needs, she felt called to answer a higher purpose. Guided by faith and a commitment to God's love, Teresa sold her belongings, rented out her house, and moved to Africa to establish In God’s Heart Ministry– a Christ-centered non-profit providing a safe haven, education, and spiritual guidance to these vulnerable children.
