The Organizations mission is to save the lives of adoptable dogs and cats from shelters throughout Texas, to decrease overpopulation of animals through low-cost veterinary services, and to enhance the lives of pets through educational resources for the community.

KEFA PROVIDES CONSULTING RESOURCES FOR MINISTRIES IN MULTIPLE COUNTRIES. TO INCLUDE INDA, AFRICA, AND THE AMERICAS. THE MAJORITY OF THE MINISTRIES FOCUS IS WOMEN AND CHILDREN, THE ELDERLY, AND THOSE IN MEDICAL NEED.
