THE MISSION OF THE TEXAS SURF CONSERVANCY IS TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY ACROSS DISCIPLINES AND INDUSTRIES TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF MARINE HABITATS AND SUPPORT OYSTER MARICULTURE ALONG THE GULF COAST OF TEXAS.

Through innovative and action-oriented programming, the Gulf Reach Institute develops and implements programs focused on STEM Education for all, the Health of our Gulf of Mexico and Ocean communities, and Advocacy for the equity and inclusion of underrepresented populations as leaders and decision makers in the protection and conservation of our waters.

THE CORPUS CHRISTI AREA COUNCIL FOR THE DEAF SERVES AS A LINK BETWEEN THE DEAF AND THE HEARING COMMUNITY. THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE COUNCIL ARE TO ASSIST THE DEAF INDIVIDUAL TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE IN THE HEARING WORLD. THE COUNCIL ALSO PROVIDES SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO THE DEAF, AS WELL AS, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, JOB SEARCH, SIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES, ADVOCACY, AND SENIOR CITIZEN ACTIVITIES.

CORPUS CHRISTI POLICE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO CREATE A SAFER CORPUS CHRISTI. CCPF STRENGTHENS THE BOND BETWEEN THE CCPD AND THE COMMUNITY THEY SERVE. CCPF SUPPORTS INITIATIVES AND PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON PUBLIC SAFETY.

Not everyone is in a position to leave everything at a moment’s notice and go halfway across the world to help their neighbor in need. Sometimes, all you can do is watch the news, pray for those hit by such tragedy, and send support however you can. But sometimes you know that you can do more and actually go yourself. It is crossing this line from merely talking about it to going and doing something to help that broughtThirsty Ground Internationalinto existence in 2013. The love of Christ compels us to make the sacrifices of time, money and resources to try and be actively involved in helping people in the world’s worst-hit disaster areas. From our first mission to the Philippines after super-typhoon Haiyan, to the quake-hit villages of Nepal, to the desperate refugees fleeing ISIS in Iraq and Syria, our volunteers aim to be where the need is the greatest,where the doors are open, and where the message of compassion in the name of Christ speaks the loudest. We believe that compassion in Christ’s name is a responsibility of the Church to fulfill and brings glory to God. We want good works done in Jesus name to be a light in the midst of a dark generation. Our organization operates under the oversight ofGrace Bible Fellowshipin Corpus Christi, TX. We seek to function as an organizational focal point for those in like-minded churches across the world to come together and deploy to provide much-needed help to disaster areas. We want to enable the local church to fulfill God’s purpose’s for compassion globally.

THE OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY COUNCIL SHALL BE TO FOSTER, DEVELOP AND STRENGTHEN THE EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONING OF INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS, AND FAMILIES OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI JEWISH COMMUNITY.

GIRL SCOUTS OF GREATER SOUTH TEXAS IS ORGANIZED TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GIRL SCOUT MOVEMENT IN THE UNITED STATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CHARTER. THE CHARTER ESTABLISHES LOCAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEADERSHIP, ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE GIRL SCOUTS PROGRAMS. THE COUNCIL PROVIDES PROGRAMS FOR GIRLS AGES 6 TO 17 DESIGNED TO BUILD CHARACTER AND A STRONG VALUE SYSTEM.

THE MIRACLE LEAGUE OF CORPUS CHRISTI'S MISSION IS TO INVEST IN THE HEALTH, INDEPENDENCE, AND SOCIALIZATION OF PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES THROUGH SPECIALIZED ATHLETIC AND RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS WITH PROPER FACILITIES TO IMPROVE THE WHOLE PERSON SO THEY MAY PARTICIPATE IN HEALTHY ACTIVITIES.

TO PROVIDE A HOSPITALITY CENTER FOR FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC SEAMEN WHO CALL ON THE PORT OF CORPUS CHRISTI. SERVICES INCLUDE CHAPLAINCY, COUNSELING AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. IN ADDITION THE CENTER ADVOCATES FOR SEAFARERS WHEN ISSUES OF INHUMANE LIVING CONDITIONS, REPATRIATION, UNPAID WAGES OR OTHER ISSUES ARISE.

OUR MISSION IS TO GROW A HEALTHY LOCAL COMMUNITY BY IMPROVING ACCESS TO, EDUCATION ABOUT AND ADVOCACY FOR AFFORDABLE NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS WITH CHILDREN'S TEACHING GARDENS, OUR FARMERS MARKET, PRODUCER EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH.

We own and operate a spay/neuter and wellness clinic. Our purpose is to end animal cruelty in Texas, spay/neuter, vaccinate, and end the dumping and abandonment of cats and dogs. We also have an education program to teach Texas residents about animal care.

To provide temporary housing and support services for seriously ill children and their families while the children are receiving medical treatment at area medical facilities in and around the local area of the corporation.
