THE MISSION OF THE WHIT PROGRAM IS TO HELP CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE GET UP TO SPEED WITH SCHOOL. OUR WONDERFUL TUTORS WILL HELP THESE CHILDREN SUCCEED IN MATH AND READING, AND WILL BRING THEM UP TO GRADE LEVEL.

CASSIES PLACE, INC. IS AN ANIMAL, PRIMARILY DOGS, RESCUE ORGANIZATION THAT OPERATES YEAR ROUND IN TOM GREEN COUNTY, SAN ANGELO, TEXAS. OUR ACTIVITIES ARE CARRIED OUT BY VOLUNTEERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE ORGANIZATION. CASSIES PLACE FINDS HOMES FOR DISPLACED DOGS AND RESCUES DOGS FROM ANIMAL SHELTERS BEFORE THEY ARE EUTHANIZED. ADDITIONALLY,WE PROVIDE HEALTH CARE, FOOD AND TEMPORARY HOMES FOR THESE DOGS UNTIL THEY CAN BE ADOPTED. CASSIES PLACE DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES. This organization is formed exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such puposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organzations described under Section 501( c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponsding section of any future federal tax code. We believe in the shared responsibility to create awareness and maintain clean, green and beautiful spaces through art, science and education in San Angelo, Texas.

THE MISSION OF THE SAN ANGELO SYMPHONY SOCIETY IS TO INSPIRE, ENGAGE AND EDUCATE DIVERSE AUDIENCES THROUGH EXPERIENCE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY ORCHESTRAL MUSIC.

THE JLSA IS AN ORGANIZATION OF WOMEN COMMITTED TO PROMOTING VOLUNTARISM, DEVELOPING THE POTENTIAL OF WOMEN AND IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE EFFECTIVE ACTION AND LEADERSHIP OF TRAINED VOLUNTEERS. ITS PURPOSE IS EXCLUSIVELY EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE.

Texas Ramp Project builds wheelchair ramps for elderly and disabled persons who are in financial need. This gives them the freedom to enter and exit their homes independently. Texas Ramp Project does this by initiating and supporting regional groups who construct ramps using volunteer builders. ramps are built without regard to race religion ethnicity age or gender. Our vision is that no Texas resident shall lack safe access to and from his or her home because of financial limitations.
