Eremos, a center of contemplative life helps people of all walks of life and any (or no) faith tradition step back from daily distractions to behold the mystery of God in the spaciousness of silence. From the intimacy of this communion, people can experience a sense of peace and oneness that empowers them to live and love more fully.Our community loved our 2023 Program Theme Facets of Joy and showed this via strong participation in most events. Happy to turn their attention towards joy, we offered a variety of in-person and Zoom programs to serve both our predominately Central Texas-based community and our growing nationwide friends. We had 1098 touchpoints or opportunities for engagement with our community in 2023, whether via a Zoom event or at our in-person gala. In addition, we attained a 45-50% open rate through our twice-weekly newsletters to over 800 individuals and heard from readers how much these uplifting newsletters meant to them.People were invited to explore joy and other

INTEGRAL CARE FOUNDATION (ICF), FORMERLY NEW MILESTONES FOUNDATION, RAISES FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS BY WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AUSTIN TRAVIS COUNTY INTEGRAL CARE TO EXPAND AWARENESS AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO THOSE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS, INTELLECTUAL CHALLENGES.

Our goal is to help people with disabilities achieve their potential. We do so by helping with various initiatives undertaken by Rising Sun Education and Welfare Society in Pakistan. These include providing special children with education & training facilities to enhance their capabilities and rehabilitate them in the society, providing medical, psycho-educational, speech & language assessment and therapy services to Children with Special Needs enrolled at Rising Sun Institute or referred by different specialists & professionals and human Resource Development for teaching and training of Rising Sun and other similar institutions.

We accomplish our mission by maintaining a website with a wealth of links to information and resources regarding Parkinsons. Publishing a monthly newsletter. Conducting a monthly meeting for members and the public at which education is offered. Providing an outreach program which supports facilitates and assists start up for support groups in Austin and surrounding communities. And maintaining an office and referral line.

TEXAS LIBRARY ASSOCIATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1902 TO PROMOTE, SUPPORT, AND IMPROVE LIBRARY SERVICES IN TEXAS. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2022, THE ASSOCIATION CHANGED ITS FISCAL YEAR END FROM JUNE 30 TO DECEMBER 31.
