The purposes for which this corporation has been organized are as stated in the Certificate of Incorporation which may be amended as required. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, cultural and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or FCRA certified reputed charitable organization(s) in India. Austin Marathi Mandals purpose is to involve in educational, charitable, cultural and literary activities by bringing together the Indian American community.

The Foundation enhances learning of classical instrumental performance in students through summer festivals, concerts, and other workshops.

WORKING TO DISMANTLE INEQUITY IN ECE THROUGH ANTI-RACIST CULTURE BUILDING, CURRICULUM, TRAINING, COACHING, COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS, AND DIRECT SERVICE CHILDCARE.

CO-PRODUCTION OF TEXAS WATER, MEMBERSHIP DRIVES, WEBINARS, AND SPECIALTY CONFERENCES FOCUSED ON TECHNICAL EDUCATION AROUND WATER TREATMENT.

Exempt purpose is to increase the knowledge base and skills of early childhood practitioners serving vulnerable children and families by providing high quality, evidence-based professional development that promotes school readiness and lifelong success.

PROMOTE DISTANCE LEARNING

Promotes and facilitates an interdisciplinary meeting point for visiting national and international artists by providing studio space, travel fees, living accommodations, and a working stipend. Each residency culminates in the public presentation of a body of new work.

To provide a true opportunity for at risk youth and formerly incarcerated individuals regardless of background while helping them to re-direct, restore and reconnect as employable members of society.
