The mission of NSBE is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community. Our chapter strives to fulfill the mission by: 1. Exposing K-12 students to STEM by partnering with local non-profit organizations and targeted program development 2. Serve as a source of mentorship and professional guidance for local collegiate students 3. Invest into the personal and professional development of our membership

RETROUVAILLE IS A MINISTRY PROGRAM THAT IS SOLELY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING THE NECESSARY SUPPORT TO HELP SAVE MARRIAGES. THE RETROUVAILLE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF A WEEKEND EXPERIENCE FOR COUPLES WITH MARITAL PROBLEMS WITH A SERIES OF 6-12 POST WEEKEND SESSIONS HELD OVER THE SUBSEQUENT 3 MONTHS. PARTICIANT COUPLES ARE TAUGHT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND OTHER RELATIONSHIP TOOLS TO HELP PUT THEIR MARRIAGES IN ORDER AGAIN. THE RETROUVAILLE PROGRAM IS FUNDED ENTIRELY THROUGH DONATIONS FROM PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS AND OTHERS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN PRESERVING THE INSTITUTION OF MARRIAGE.

India Fine Arts was incorporated in March 1995 in Austin as a nonprofit 501C3 to promote Cultural diversity by presenting several outstanding artists in concerts ballets and workshops. It will also organize musical therapy sessions for seniors and other under-served sections of the community.

To perform scientific research in the area of neuroscience and human consciousness and to provide educational opportunities to the public in that field of study.
