Mission Statement The Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Centers main purpose is to live up to its mission which is to assist all individuals with disabilities whose condition can be improved by the services offered at the Center regardless of economic status. In 2024, the Center provided approximately $687,058 in FREE services. Imagine the number of people who would have no other place to go and seek the needed medical treatment which allows them the opportunity to regain their physical abilities to seek employment and continue to provide for their families the basis for survival. The Center provided therapy services via over 29,933 patient visits in 2024; hundreds of individuals required these services to improve their quality of life. The achieved results impacted a community condition that is not acceptable and interferes with leading a normal life for many patients who at times go without the therapy services because of their lack of resources.
