Strength In Numbers 2016 Staff grows to 25 and NALCAB's budget surpasses $6M. 2008 First grants made to NALCAB members. We're Growing 2006 NALCAB’s Board of Directors hires, Noel Andrés Poyo as NALCAB’s first Executive Director. The First Of Many Conferences 2003 NALCAB holds its first national conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Start Of Something Great 2002 The National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB) is formally established as a 501(c)(3).
