ST MARYS CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDINC

The purpose of St. Mary's Capital Development Fund, Inc. will be to benefit St. Mary's of the Miraculous Medal through charitable contributions to assist in building a new church and funding future church related activities. This will be accomplished by utilizing the non-profit to develop the 5 acre area known as "The Cloister or The Vineyard". The non-profit will pay the Parish the appraised value for the land, and develop a residential subdivision with all of the profits gifted to assist in building the new church and fund future church activities. We will obtain an initial private individual contribution of $100,000.00 that will fund the development. The improvements will consist of single family assisted/independent living facilities (55 years of age and up residents).
