TO PROVIDE ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS AND COMMUNITY GRANTS. The Extraordinary Is movement is a social campaign created by the Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, established in 2013. The Foundation was created to advance the legacy of Otis and Rosie Brown who instilled in their three children a recognition that all things are possible through love and stewardship and a belief that all have the duty to extend a hand to help lift up our fellow man. The Foundation was inspired by the Brown familys personal conviction that extraordinary things can be done with ordinary resources.
