BCFS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES (BCFS HHS) EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIVISION IS NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AS A LEADER IN THE FIELD OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND DISASTER RESPONSE, WITH PARTICULAR EXPERTISE IN MASS CARE, PUBLIC HEALTH AND MEDICAL RESPONSE. THE BCFS HHS EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIVISION PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN HELPING JURISDICTIONS THROUGH TURNKEY RESPONSE SOLUTIONS STRENGTHENING PREPAREDNESS EFFORTS AND EXECUTING NO-FAIL RESPONSE OPERATIONS THAT KEEP AMERICA SAFE.
BCFS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES (BCFS HHS), COMMUNITY SERVICES DIVISION (CSD), OPERATES OVER 30 STATE AND FEDERAL CONTRACTS IN 8 OFFICE LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT TEXAS. BCFS HHS CSD PROVIDES SERVICES TO AT-RISK YOUTH AND YOUTH AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE, PREVENTATIVE AND EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES SUCH AS PARENTING, COUNSELING, AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO AT-RISK FAMILIES, INDIVIDUALS, JUVENILE OFFENDERS, AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES GEARED AT HELPING CHILDREN TO MAKE MORE INFORMED DECISIONS.
