ONCE CONNECTED TO THE CRC, INDIVIDUALS ARE REFERRED TO RESILIENCY NAVIGATORS WHO WORK CLOSELY TO LEARN THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, DEVELOP A PERSONALIZED PLAN, AND MAKE GAINS TOWARDS RECOVERY AND RESILIENCY.THE EL PASO UNITED COMMUNITY RESILIENCY CENTER (CRC) PROVIDED 755 REFERRALS TO BASIC NEEDS ASSISTANCE, SERVING OVER 347 HOUSEHOLDS, WITH $205,920 BEING DISTRIBUTED FOR RENTAL ASSISTANCE THROUGHOUT T
FAMILY RESILIENCY CENTER:IN THE WAKE OF THE AUGUST 3RD MASS CASUALTY EVENT, THE AGENCY WAS ENTRUSTED TO STAND AND LEAD THE EL PASO UNITED FAMILY RESILIENCY CENTER (FRC), FOUNDED TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IMPACTED BY THE TRAGEDY. IN THE LAST FISCAL YEAR, THE EL PASO UNITED FAMILY RESILIENCY (FRC) PROVIDED MORE THAN 1,786 REFERRALS, SERVING MORE THAN 621 ADULTS AND 116 CHILDREN WHO WERE AFFECTED BY THE AUGUST 3RD TRAGEDY.THE FAMILY RESILIENCY CENTER (FRC) COLLABORATES WITH LOCAL AGENCIES AND SUPPORTS EL PASOANS ON THEIR HEALING JOURNEYS. THE FRC TEAM IS COMPOSED OF D
FLYING HORSE HALF MARATHON, 10K AND 5KACQUIRED BY THE UNITED WAY OF EL PASO COUNTY IN 2024, THE FLYING HORSE HALF MARATHON, 10K, AND 5K SUPPORTS THE UNITED WAY'S MISSION WITH A NEW SOURCE OF FUNDING. THE RACE TAKES RUNNERS AROUND THE RACETRACK, THROUGH SUNLAND PARK, AND INTO EL PASO'S UPPER VALLEY. PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE UNITED WAY'S COMMUNITY IMPACT FUND.
