Programs and activities

GRANT-FUNDED AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS: Claytons grant-funded afterschool programs are free to families and serve approximately 1,900 youth annually. These programs, funded through school districts, crime prevention initiatives, and Texas 21st Century Community Learning Center grants, provide comprehensive on-campus enrichment. Children with high academic and/or social needs are identified by school staff and recruited for participation over the summer, with open enrollment available to all students at the start of the school year. CONTRACTED CHILD CARE SERVICES: Clayton partners with community organizations to provide specialized child care and early learning opportunities for their clients. We offer on-demand child care services for children ages three months to 10 years, available during the day, evening, and weekends. These services support recreational facilities, nonprofits, and school districts in meeting the child care needs of the families they serve.
