Local Communities Reach: The Urban Alternative impacts local communities through the strategic training and equipping of pastors, pastors' wives and lay leaders in churches and non-profit organizations. We do this through Kingdom Agenda Pastors, Pastors' Wives Ministry, the National Church Adopt-a-School Initiative, and the Tony Evans Training Center.
