THE CATALYST 100 PROGRAM IS A MENTORSHIP PROGRAM THAT PAIRS MEMBERS IN MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS AND OFFERS QUARTERLY SESSIONS ON CURRENT AND INFORMATIVE TOPICS RELATIVE TO OUR COMMUNITY. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 100 MEMBERS FOR THE 2024 YEAR. THE PROGRAM'S PURPOSE IS TO FURTHER EQUIP AND DEVELOP COMMUNITY LEADERS IN THE TYLER AREA BY PROVIDING FORUMS FOR NETWORKING, MENTORING, AND DISCUSSION OF CURRENT COMMUNITY ISSUES.
EXECUTIVE ORIENTATION SERIES - IS TYLER'S PREMIER PROGRAM TO HELP NEW EXECUTIVE-LEVEL LEADERS QUICKLY ACCLIMATE TO THE ECONOMIC, POLITICAL, AND HISTORICAL CLIMATE OF OUR AREA. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES INCLUDE ACQUAINTING PARTICIPANTS WITH TYLER'S HISTORY, BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT, POLITICAL AND CIVIC STRUCTURES, AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES; INFORMING PARTICIPANTS ABOUT LOCAL CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL RESOURCES; PROVIDING PARTICIPANTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT WITH A CROSS-SECTION OF KEY LOCAL DECISION MAKERS; AND INTRODUCING PARTICIPANTS TO OTHER EXECUTIVE INDIVIDUALS AND COUPLES.
ALUMNI COUNCIL PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH CONTINUING EDUCATION AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES IN THE COMMUNITY. THERE ARE OVER 900 ALUMNI OF OUR PROGRAMS.
