The program provides a richer understanding of Fort Worth's hisory, current issues, future needs and opportunities. LeadingEdge offers Fort Worth's emerging leaders an opportunity to strengthen leadership practices, create connections with community leaders and move beyond volunteerism into board service. Completion of the 6month LeadingEdge program leads to becoming a member of LFW's Leadership Forum, a valuable network of talent that creates an environment for continuing development, education and community trusteeship.
