Programs and activities

NBCF partners with medical facilities across the United States to provide screening, diagnostic, and patient navigation services. Partner medical facilities are committed to providing breast cancer patients with the care they need at each step of the journey - early detection education, diagnosis, and survivorship. Finding breast cancer early is critical to survival, but many patients cant afford the cost of screening or diagnostic tests. By providing these services through our network of medical partners and nonprofit organizations, NBCF helps provide equal access to early detection services
NBCF educates how to reduce the risk of developing breast cancer, detect breast cancer early, and access screening programs and remove barriers to quality treatment if diagnosed. NBCF creates and delivers educational and awareness materials utilized by over 237,439,766 people. The About Breast Cancer section of NBCFs website, www.nbcf.org, is an online guide to understanding breast cancer and helps those diagnosed with breast cancer understand the disease.
