DRC ENGAGES INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING UNSHELTERED HOMELESSNESS THROUGHOUT TARRANT COUNTY AND SCREENS ALL INDIVIDUALS FOR HOUSING, POSSIBLE DIVERSION, OR FAMILY REUNIFICATION. IF DIVERSION OR FAMILY REUNIFICATION IS POSSIBLE, DRC STAFF QUICKLY ASSESS AND REMOVE THE HOUSEHOLD FROM UNSHELTERED HOMELESSNESS. THE DRC THEN BEGINS THE PROCESS OF PREPARING
