THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE HAS BEEN TO PROVIDE THIRTY FIVE(35)OR FEWER ACADEMICALLY TALENTED AND FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS WITH ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT TO GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL AND ATTEND COLLEGE.

Learn more about the American Heart Association's efforts to reduce death caused by heart disease and stroke. Also learn about cardiovascular conditions, ECC and CPR, donating, heart disease information for healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators and healthy living.

Counseling and treatment for drug and substance abuse, and education and prevention of AIDS virus.

ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFYING AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.

THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS WHICH EDUCATE PARTICIPANTS ABOUT THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY AND ENCOURAGES PARTICIPANTS TO BROADEN THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY AFFAIRS.
